Pizza Dough
Ingredients
For the Pizza Dough
- 1/2 tsp caster sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp dried yeast, or 15g fresh yeast or 1 x 7g sachet fast-action yeast
- 350 g strong white flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for greasing
- 75 g semolina, for dusting
饀料:起司(素香腸/火腿)都切成小丁,百里香如果有新鮮的切細末,全部混勻備用.
麵糰分小塊,略揉成小球壓扁後包入饀料後捏成小球,烤盤抹層薄油,整型好的起司球排列整齊入烤盤,
後發約30分(視天氣)後,烤箱預熱200度C烤8-12分至表面成金黃色.
奶油加熱加入大蒜香草末後當沾料.
